Most of the membership is from the Travis, Williamson, and Hays
counties of central Texas, with most club members living near
Austin, Texas. We always welcome

After Action report
February 25, 2025
Big crowd, big topics, and we missed you, Too bad, so sad, but it’s your loss. N5DD even drove there from Gatesville, TX, which is a little over 100 miles from Los Reyes. What’s your reason for being a no-show?
Some of the topics were basketball, Obama, the magic of radio, WAS, children, moving, big towers, Jeeps, swap meets, selling transceivers for a profit [!], new members, aches and pains, crying [let your imagination run . . .], sticker shock, the IRS, Dayton, 160 meters, 3 meters. 2 meters, subnets, girl friends, Linux, vacuum variables, HOAs, licensing, Contest Hall of Fame, antennas and more antennas, little pistols, motor homes, lapel pins, Mexican food, trip hazards, repeaters, guest operators, cell phones, remote stations, hacking, artificial intelligence, lack of knowledge, enthusiasm, youth in general, DXing, ARRL, Mount Athos, State Police, hospitals, and other topics too numerous to recall.
Next gathering will be at Los Reyes on March 25, 2025, starting at 6 pm. Don’t miss it!
