Pouring Concrete

Finally ! The beginning of the exciting part ! Pouring concrete for the foundation and house pad. A long and cold day for the construction crew - we even had a few snowflakes that day.

Preparing rebar.

The first pour - early morning.

"Floating" the concrete.

The second pour - for the garage.

That's our builder in the shorts. Nice legs !

Making sure it's level.

A few days later...we can park in the garage !
