Tom,

I am writing as per the instructions given by President Roderick to the Board in response to [ARRL-OD:3410] received on September 11, 2017, regarding a recommendation to the Board from the Ethics and Elections Committee dated September 7, 2017, concerning an incumbent Director's conduct.

I respectfully request that a Special Board Meeting pursuant to Article 4 of the ARRL Bylaws (Special meetings of the Board shall be called by the President upon written request of a least one-half of the membership of the Board as then constituted) be held as soon as possible to deal with this matter.
